Do my reps post from their own Facebook?
Yes. Each rep signs in to OpenList with their own login and posts from their own Facebook account in desktop Chrome. We never ask for anyone’s Facebook login.
Do I have to post to manage the team?
No. A dealer admin can invite people, see activity and manage billing without posting. If you also post, you take a seat like any rep.
What if a rep already pays for their own plan?
Once your dealership’s plan covers them, they don’t need their own. When your plan starts, any rep on your team who pays for their own plan has it ended, with a prorated credit for the time left.
Can I manage more than one rooftop?
Not yet. Today each dealership account covers one website. Dealership groups are planned.
